Lime, cut into 1/8's, bitter white pith discarded1 each
Sugar snap peas 1/4 C
Simple syrup1 Oz
Gin1 1/2 Oz
Freshly cracked black pepperas needed
Instructions:
1. Combine lime, snap peas, simple syrup and gin in a heavy rocks glass and muddle until peas are crushed and limes are juicy.
2. Fill with crushed ice and stir. Finish with 3 turns freshly cracked pepper from a pepper mill and serve.
