| Simple syrup | 1 Oz |
| Gin | 1 1/2 Oz |
| Freshly cracked black pepper | as needed |
| Instructions: |
| 1. Combine lime, snap peas, simple syrup and gin in a heavy rocks glass and muddle until peas are crushed and limes are juicy. |
| 2. Fill with crushed ice and stir. Finish with 3 turns freshly cracked pepper from a pepper mill and serve. |
