Bite of the Week

More of the Best Bites from Mexico

Last week you heard about a few of her best bites from Pujol in Mexico City, but Plate Managing Editor Liz Grossman savored so much more on her recent trip to Mexico, from street-side carnitas to refreshing aqua frescas. She was even daring enough to dabble in some of the local delicacies, from smoky, crunchy maguey worms wrapped in a tortilla, to grasshoppers paired with Oaxacan cheese. Click through this slideshow for a bevy of bites, from the delicious to the daring.
