It's no surprise that a Miami-based chef wants to highlight the dishes that are "muy caliente," "hot sellers" and only for the spicy-lover on her menu. But Chef de Cuisine Christina Coupet of La Côte at Fountainebleau in Miami Beach also keeps her cool at the French Mediterranean-inspired restaurant with her favorite application for truffle mayo, how she loves her steak (with blue cheese and fines herbes) and the dish inspired by ocean dives with her grandpa.
