A Tattooed Tale of Screaming Lemons, Boiling Lobsters and More Kitchen Drama

Last week Chef de Cuisine Richie Farina took us on a tour of the microgreen garden that sprouted up in the kitchen of Chicago's Moto. While we were there, we couldn't help but notice the works of inky art that cover his arms, legs and who knows where else, so we made him tell us more. The cute-meets-macabre scene is Farina's take on what he thinks happens in the kitchen after the cooks go home...think pigs pouring out of meat grinders, eggs chasing other eggs, and a terrified lemon screaming at the sheer sight of it all.
