With Produce, Higher Prices Don’t Mean Better Quality

As consumers, we are used to paying more for better quality. We expect to pay more for a Rolex watch than a Timex. We know we will pay more for the luxury of a Cadillac versus a Chevrolet, a BMW versus a Hyundai.
