Brittanny Anderson has a motto for Metzger Bar & Butchery: rustic and sexy.
But when she opened the German restaurant in her hometown of Richmond, Va., in 2014, a different word came to mind for some of her guests.
“Confused, maybe?” Anderson laughs.
