We don’t know her last name. If we’d asked my grandfather before he passed away about a decade ago, maybe he could’ve told us. Now, our only real chance at learning anything else about her is coming across a record in an old filing cabinet somewhere. I hope we do. We should know more about the woman who gave our family restaurant its signature appetizer.
