When to Review?

Let me start by saying how glad I am that I get to write about food, and not review restaurants. Restaurant reviewing sounds grueling, from the fake names on credit cards and disguises (really?) to the constant fear of finding out that your babysitter sold a photo of you to her cousin, a waiter at a hot new restaurant. That sounds like a pain in the neck, really, and books by Ruth Reichl and Frank Bruni...
