Why This Indy Restaurateur Won’t Stop

“I like living with a little bit of fire in my belly,” says Martha Hoover. 

The Indianapolis restaurateur just turned 70, and she doesn't have an exit plan—not yet at least—from her Won't Stop Hospitality Group. She'll work on it soon enough, Hoover promises, once she's maxed out Won't Stop's growth potential and planted a restaurant outside of the group's home market.
